On a boiler stove the grate takes a lot of punishment, so a warped set is common and worth replacing to restore the airflow. High-temperature ROBAX glass handles the heat these stoves throw out and clears the view when the old pane hazes over. Fire bricks keep the firebox temperature up for an efficient burn.
