Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on Stove Spare Parts (stovespareparts.com).

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

2. Despatch Times

The majority of orders are despatched within 1 working day of payment being received. Orders placed before midday on a working day are typically despatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Service

All orders are sent on a 48-hour tracked service via Royal Mail or a courier of our choice. A tracking reference will be provided once your order has been despatched.

4. Delivery Timescales

  • UK Mainland: 1-3 working days from despatch
  • Northern Ireland: 1-2 working days from despatch
  • Republic of Ireland: 1-2 working days from despatch
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands: Allow additional time

Delivery timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders - the current threshold is shown at checkout.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card or send a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period may be returned to us. Re-despatch charges may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@stovespareparts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
