Returns Policy
This Returns Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of sale for Stove Spare Parts.
1. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Customers who purchase as individuals (i.e., not as a business) have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) within the 14-day period. You then have 14 days from the date of notification to return the goods to us. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods in their original, unused condition.
Please note: The right to cancel does not apply to custom-cut or made-to-order items such as fire bricks or boards that have been cut to specific sizes as requested.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for any stocked, non-customised items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging or suitably protected for transit.
- A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must be included with the return.
Returns received outside the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion.
3. Return Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item shipped or a manufacturing defect), the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 working days. We reserve the right to deduct an amount if goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Photographic evidence may be required.
